v0.99.7.0: Supplier Portal v2 pilot, Request Templates, and the data-request approval gate
Introduces the Supplier Portal v2 pilot, giving material and component suppliers a task-focused workspace for responding to their customers, together with two operator-side counterparts: reusable request templates and an approval gate for supplier responses.
Supplier Portal v2 (pilot)
Suppliers now work from a task-focused portal built around the companies they supply. Throughout the supplier experience, the company that publishes the Digital Product Passport is referred to as your customer.
- Home — a new task-feed landing page that pulls your actionable items (open data requests, evidence expiring soon, your trust score) into one place. The fuller Dashboard remains available.
- Data Requests — receive and respond to data requests from your customers, with evidence upload and supply-chain cascade to your own sub-suppliers.
- Materials Library — create materials and record per-material regulation declarations (such as REACH, RoHS, CMRT, and the EU Battery Regulation), separate from your company-level compliance profile.
- Certificates and Evidence Vault — upload certificates, supersede and version them, and set a per-customer share scope that controls which of your customers can see each document.
- Supply Chain — see the customers you supply and the products you are associated with.
- Risk and Score (Beta) — your trust score, now with a Score trend section that builds a history over time.
- GDPR self-service — download a copy of your data (a JSON export under GDPR Article 15 and Article 20) with your audit log bundled in.
AI assistance is available across the supplier portal to help you fill data. It is optional, always reviewable, and usage-metered and capped ($25 per month, fail-closed): if the monthly limit is reached, AI assistance pauses cleanly and you continue entering data manually, with nothing lost.

- Request Templates — author reusable, versioned data-request questionnaires with a lifecycle of Draft, Active, and Deprecated. Publish a template to lock its field schema, then select it when creating a data request to a supplier. See Request templates.
- Data-request approval gate — review supplier responses and approve or reject them before their values flow into a DPP. Only an approved response is written to the passport. See Send data requests.
