What happens after onboarding?

Once your account is active and your first product is published, the User Guide covers every feature in detail. The onboarding guides are focused on getting you to first value as quickly as possible — not covering every option.

Prerequisites

All users need:

  • A valid business email address
  • Your company's legal name and registered country
  • Agreement to Traceable's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Operators (manufacturers, importers, distributors, authorised representatives) additionally need:

  • Your EU Economic Operator identifier or VAT registration number
  • At least one battery product with its basic specification data

Suppliers need:

  • An invitation from an operator who has added you as a supplier in their account

Verifiers need:

  • An invitation from an operator who has added you as a verifier in their Company Portal. Verifier accounts are created by invitation only — you cannot self-register as a verifier. If you have been engaged by a battery manufacturer or compliance team to perform DPP verification, ask them to add you in their portal under Verification → Verifiers → Invite Verifier. You will receive an activation link by email.
