Required scope: keys:admin. Mutable fields: name, expiresInDays, allowedCidrs (the per-key IP allow-list; empty array removes the restriction). SCOPES ARE IMMUTABLE after mint — a body carrying scopes fails validation; rotate or revoke instead.
