Battery passport templates for EV, LMT and Industrial batteries

Passport templates now cover the data categories for EV, LMT and Industrial batteries, and each template field references the article of EU Regulation 2023/1542 it relates to.

New​

  • EV batteries. Templates include carbon footprint, recycled content, state of health, supply chain due diligence, electrochemical performance and safety certifications.
  • Industrial batteries. Templates cover identification, electrochemical performance, carbon footprint, recycled content, safety, supply chain due diligence, materials, end of life, composition and conformity.
  • LMT batteries. Light means of transport batteries have their own template.
