v0.99.10: registry submissions get selection, cancel, and verdict recording
The registry filing pipeline becomes a round trip: choose what goes in a file, cancel a pending submission, and record the registry's verdict from its response CSV.
EU registry submissions
- Selection: pick which candidate products go into a submission file. Products already in a pending submission are shown as excluded with an "In submission" badge, so an item cannot ride in two files at once.
- Cancel: a submission that is still pending can be cancelled, releasing its items back to the candidate pool. A submission that has reached processing cannot be cancelled, because its file may already be with the registry.
- Verdict recording: paste the registry's response CSV to record the outcome per item; the response file is retained as evidence, and failed items return to the pool for correction. See EU Registry Readiness.
Fixes
- Sign-and-Publish QR generation no longer errors when the product is addressed by slug rather than internal ID.
- Supplier AI quota is resolved by account email, fixing suppliers who hit "Unauthorized" or saw their monthly AI allowance misread after an account re-creation. The $25/month fail-closed cap itself is unchanged.
- GDPR redactions no longer trigger false tamper alarms in the audit-chain verification.
