v0.99.7.1: A consistent look and full-width layout across the supplier portal

Every supplier portal module now uses the same card styling as the operator portal, and supplier pages use the full width of the window.

Supplier portal​

  • Shared card design. Supplier pages use the operator portal's card layout for sections, headings and headline figures, so moving between the two portals feels familiar.
  • Full-width pages. Supplier pages use the available window width, so tables and forms have more space, as in the operator portal.
