v0.99.8.4: Clearer labelling of restricted sections

The public passport labels restricted sections more clearly, and the editor combines duplicate warnings.

  • Restricted sections that need a Proof of Legitimate Interest access request are labelled as such on the public passport, so they are visible as restricted rather than appearing absent.
  • The form editor combines duplicate warnings into one.
