Audit Feed

What the Audit Feed Is​

The Audit Feed is a chronological record of significant events on your supplier account. It shows what has happened — new requests received, responses submitted, decisions made — in the order they occurred, giving you a reliable reference for activity on your account.

Navigate to Audit Feed in the left sidebar to access it.

The feed is read-only. No actions can be taken from the Audit Feed directly — it is a reference log, not a task list.

Event Types​

The Audit Feed captures four types of events:

Data request fulfilledYou have submitted a response to a data request
Data request rejectedA data request response has been rejected by the customer
Evidence sharing scope updatedThe set of customers who can see a specific piece of evidence has been changed

What Each Entry Shows​

Each feed entry shows:

  • Event type — what happened
  • Actor — who performed the action, including their name and role (operator or supplier)
  • Timestamp — when the event occurred, shown as a relative time (e.g., "3 hours ago") with the full date and time on hover
  • Summary — a short description of the specific event (e.g., which data request was created, or which evidence document had its scope updated)

Why the Audit Feed Matters​

Accountability: The feed gives you a reliable record of when requests arrived and when you responded. If there is ever a dispute about whether a request was received or a response was submitted on time, the Audit Feed provides the evidence.

Transparency: Events initiated by customers (such as new request creation) are visible to you, not just the actions you take yourself. This means you can see when a request was sent, not just when you first opened it.

Compliance record-keeping: If you are audited on your supply chain data contributions, the Audit Feed provides a timestamped log of your participation.
