Team & Access
Team & Access is in Beta — it is a real, database-backed view in the supplier portal today and is still evolving. The role structure below is being rolled out incrementally; treat those roles as planned until they appear in your account.
What Team & Access Will Enable
Today, each supplier account on Traceable is operated by a single user. Team & Access will introduce multi-user supplier accounts, allowing multiple people within your organisation to access Traceable with role-appropriate permissions and their own login credentials.
Planned Role Structure
When Team & Access launches, five roles will be available:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to all account features — the account holder and administrator |
| Compliance Lead | Fulfil data requests, manage evidence, invite team members, manage integrations |
| Sustainability Manager | Fulfil data requests, manage evidence |
| Plant Operator | Upload evidence documents only |
| Read-only Viewer | View dashboards and the Audit Feed — no write access |
Each user will have their own login and an individual audit trail, so you can see who on your team took which actions.
What Is Available Now
Until Team & Access launches, all supplier portal activity is managed through a single account. For evidence management and compliance document access, use:
- Certificates — upload and manage compliance documents
- Profile — update your account contact details
- Audit Feed — review account activity history
