Compliance Profile
The Compliance Profile page gives a single, live view of your company's compliance standing on Traceable: the evidence you have uploaded, and where you stand against the main EU regulations. You reach it from the Supplier portal sidebar.
This feature is in Beta. The live snapshot and regulation declarations described below are available now. The structured EU regulation packs are a preview of later work and are not yet available to complete.
Compliance summary
At the top of the page, four tiles summarise the compliance evidence you hold on Traceable:
- Compliance documents: the total number of documents on file
- Verified: documents that have been verified
- Pending review: documents still awaiting review
- Expiring <60d: documents whose validity ends within the next 60 days
Your regulation declarations
Use the Declare regulation status button to record where your company stands on each of the main EU regulations:
- REACH
- RoHS
- CMRT / EMRT (conflict and extended minerals)
- CBAM
- EUDR
- EU Battery Regulation
Each declaration records a status and can carry a note and a review date. Customers you supply can see these declarations on your profile, so keeping them current helps them understand your compliance position at a glance.
Evidence by document type
This section groups the compliance documents you have uploaded by document type and shows a count for each. Documents come from your Evidence Vault (see Evidence vault). If you have not uploaded any evidence yet, the section explains how to add it.
Coming later
The page also previews the EU regulation packs planned for a later phase: one structured, version-pinned profile per regulation (REACH, RoHS, CMRT, CBAM, EUDR, and the EU Battery Regulation), so an audit can replay your declaration exactly as it stood on a given date. These packs are shown as a preview and are not yet available to complete.
