Supplier Dashboard

The Supplier Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It is designed to surface the most time-sensitive information immediately, so you can prioritise your work without navigating through multiple sections.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard is divided into four main areas:

  1. Open Data Requests panel (top left)
  2. Expiring Certificates panel (top right)
  3. Recent Activity feed (bottom left)
  4. Quick Links (bottom right)

Open Data Requests

This panel shows the total count of data requests that require your action, followed by a list of individual requests ordered by due date (soonest first).

Each row in the list shows:

ColumnDescription
Request referenceA unique identifier for the request (e.g., REQ-2025-0047)
Operator nameThe operator company who sent the request
ProductThe product or DPP the request relates to
Fields requestedA short summary of what data has been asked for (e.g., "4 fields: composition, CAS numbers, country of origin, carbon footprint")
Due dateThe deadline set by the operator
Urgency indicatorA colour-coded dot (see below)

Clicking any row opens the full data request. If you have no open requests, the panel displays a confirmation message and a link to view your full request history.

Urgency Indicators

Every data request carries a colour-coded urgency indicator based on its due date:

ColourMeaning
RedOverdue — the due date has passed and the request has not been submitted
AmberDue within 7 days — action required soon
GreenOn track — more than 7 days remain before the due date

Overdue requests remain visible and active — the operator is notified of the overdue status, but you should still submit the response as soon as possible. If you cannot meet a deadline, contact the operator directly via the request's message thread to communicate the delay.

Certificates Expiring

This panel lists all certificates you have uploaded (both company-level and material-level) that expire within the next 60 days.

Each row shows:

ColumnDescription
Certificate name / typeThe type of certificate, e.g., ISO 9001, REACH
Issuing bodyWho issued the certificate
Expiry dateThe date the certificate expires
Days remainingCalculated from today's date
LevelCompany-level or the name of the specific material it is attached to

Clicking a row opens the certificate detail page where you can upload a renewed version and mark the existing certificate as superseded.

If no certificates are expiring within 60 days, the panel displays "All certificates are current."

tip

Operators may block a data request response from being accepted if a required certificate has expired. Keep renewals ahead of their expiry dates to avoid delays in your response submissions.

Recent Activity Feed

The activity feed shows a chronological log of actions on your account over the past 30 days, with the most recent at the top. Each entry includes:

  • Timestamp — date and time of the action
  • Action type — e.g., "Data request submitted", "Certificate uploaded", "Material created", "Profile updated"
  • Detail — the specific request reference, certificate name, or material name involved
  • Operator — where the activity relates to a specific operator's request

The feed is read-only and cannot be filtered on the dashboard. For a complete filtered activity history, navigate to Profile → Activity History.

The Quick Links section provides single-click access to the two most commonly used sections of the portal:

  • Materials — opens your material library directly
  • Certificates — opens your certificates list directly

These shortcuts are particularly useful when you are in the middle of a data request response and need to quickly check what is already in your library before returning to the request.

Refreshing Dashboard Data

The dashboard updates automatically when you navigate to it. Pull-to-refresh is available on mobile. If you have kept the dashboard open in a browser tab for an extended period, click the Refresh icon in the top right of the dashboard panel to fetch the latest data without a full page reload.
