Audits & Verifications
The Audits & Verifications page shows the third-party audit engagements associated with your company: those you have requested and those a customer has commissioned on your supply. You reach it from the Supplier portal sidebar.
This feature is in Beta. The audit history and the request-an-audit action described below are available now. The verifier marketplace and Verifiable Credential issuance are a preview of later work.
Requesting an audit
Use the Request an audit button to book a new engagement. A booked engagement appears in the list below with its current status.
An audit can also arrive without you booking it: a customer you supply may commission a third-party audit on your supply, and it will appear here the same way.
Audit summary
When you have audits on file, three tiles summarise them:
- Completed
- In progress (includes engagements with open findings)
- Scheduled
Audit engagements
Each engagement in the list shows:
- Its scope
- The verifier (the assigned verifier, an external name, or the accreditation body; or "Pending assignment" if not yet allocated)
- Its status: Scheduled, In progress, Findings open, Completed, or Cancelled
- The scheduled and completed dates, where set
- A Credential issued marker when a Verifiable Credential has been attached to a completed engagement
The list is read-only and shows your most recent engagements.
Coming later
The page previews the verifier marketplace planned for a later phase, where you will be able to browse accredited verifiers, compare scope and pricing, and book directly. Also planned: Verifiable Credential issuance and revocation, a Corrective Action Plan workflow for handling findings, and a verifier accreditation registry. These are shown as a preview and are not yet available.
