The trust score is a Beta surface. The live scoring engine, score drivers, and risk factors are rolling out in a future release. Where a score is shown today it reflects illustrative data, and on a new account the page shows a "not computed yet" state. Nothing on this page needs action from you yet.

The Risk & Score page is where your supplier trust score will appear. The trust score is a single rating, with supporting sub-scores, that summarises how a customer views your compliance and responsiveness as a supplier.

What you see today​

  • Trust score not computed yet. On a new account, the page explains that a score has not been calculated for your organisation yet.
  • Where a score is present, it shows an overall score with a rating badge, plus sub-scores for compliance, responsiveness, and verification rate. This is illustrative until the live scoring engine is enabled.
  • Score trend. A dedicated section plots your score over time as a sparkline, with a total-delta readout of how far it has moved. This section is live now, but until the monthly history process has recorded at least two scoring cycles it shows an empty state ("No score history yet — your monthly trend appears here once..."), so on a new account there is nothing plotted yet.
  • Roadmap describing what is coming next, including an AI risk explainer and remediation playbook, and peer benchmarking.

How the score will work​

When the scoring engine is enabled, your trust score will be derived from factors such as:

  • Responsiveness to data requests (how promptly you respond)
  • Completeness of the evidence and data you provide
  • Evidence coverage across your products and materials
  • Verifier attestations on your certificates and audits

The detailed score drivers and any active risk factors will appear on this page once the engine is live.

What you can do now​

While the score is in preview, the most useful thing you can do is keep your compliance data current, since the same data will feed your future trust score:
