Home

Home is your default landing page in the Supplier Portal. Each time you log in at app.traceable.digital, you arrive here first. Home is a task feed: it pulls your actionable items across all of your customers into one place, so you can see what needs your attention without hunting through the portal.

The fuller, legacy Dashboard is still available whenever you want it — from the sidebar, or from the Switch to legacy dashboard link on Home.

Throughout Traceable, a customer is a company you supply to — the battery manufacturer or product company that sends you data requests. Home aggregates work across every customer you are connected to.

Welcome Header​

Home opens with a personalised Welcome back greeting and a one-line summary of your day for your company: pending requests, expiring evidence, and your trust posture, all in one view.

If you are new to Traceable, a short onboarding checklist appears here to guide you through your first three steps — complete your company profile, upload your first certificate, and respond to your first data request. The checklist disappears automatically once all three are done.

At-a-Glance Summary​

Three cards give you an immediate read on your account:

Your Task Feed​

Below the summary cards, Home lists the items that need your attention:

  • Due soon — your pending data requests, sorted so the most urgent are first. Each row shows the product, the customer who asked, and a due-date chip (for example, "Due in 3 days" or "Overdue"). Click a row to open the request and respond. If you are all caught up, the list says so.
  • Evidence expiring soon — certificates and evidence documents expiring within the next 60 days, sorted by how soon they expire, so you can renew them before they lapse. Each row links to your Certificates so you can upload a replacement.

Home vs. Dashboard​

Home is a focused, action-first view of what to do next. The Dashboard is the fuller legacy view, with your submission analytics and complete open-requests list. Both stay available — use Home for your daily work, and the Dashboard when you want the fuller picture.
