Integrations and API
This page is in Beta. The connector catalogue and roadmap are visible today, but self-service connection, supplier API keys, and webhooks are not yet available. They are scheduled for a future release. Nothing on this page needs action from you yet.
The Integrations & API page in the supplier portal shows where Traceable is heading for system-to-system connections. It lets you see which platforms are planned for direct integration and what is coming, so you can plan ahead.
What you see today
- Connection summary showing your connected systems, active API keys, and the number of supported connectors. These counts are zero until the capability ships.
- Supported connector catalogue listing the procurement and ERP systems planned for direct integration: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, and the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) smelter feed. These are shown for planning visibility and are not yet connectable.
- Roadmap describing what is coming next: a self-service connect flow, supplier API key creation, webhook subscriptions, an email-to-portal ingestion alias, and SSO/SCIM for enterprise sign-in and user provisioning.
What is not available yet
You cannot currently connect an ERP or procurement system, create a supplier API key, or subscribe to webhooks from this page. These controls will appear here when the capability is released.
In the meantime
Until direct integrations ship, the supported ways to get evidence and compliance data into Traceable are:
- Respond to data requests and upload evidence directly. See Respond to a request and Upload evidence.
- Manage certificates and materials in the portal. See Certificates and Materials.
We will update this page and announce in the changelog when the connect flow, API keys, and webhooks become available.
