Getting Started
This guide covers activating your Traceable verifier account, completing your initial setup, and understanding the purpose and boundaries of the Verifier Portal.
Dashboard
The Verifier Dashboard gives you an immediate snapshot of your current workload. Use it as your daily starting point to understand what is waiting, what is in progress, and how much you have completed overall.

History

Profile
Your auditor profile records your professional details on Traceable. When you submit a decision, it is written to the audit trail against your account.
Withdrawn
The Withdrawn Products screen with no entries, showing the empty state 'No withdrawn products. No manufacturer has withdrawn a DPP yet. Recalls + market withdrawals will appear here for audit.'
Support
The Support page is where verifiers get help, report issues, and find answers to common questions. You reach it from the Verifier portal sidebar.
