Documents
The document library is where you upload the compliance documents that support your passports: certificates, test reports, declarations of conformity and similar files. Open it from Evidence > Certificates & docs in the sidebar. Each document is uploaded against a specific product. A new upload for the same certificate type on the same product becomes the next version automatically.
Document AI
AI Extract reads your uploaded compliance documents and proposes DPP field values that you review, accept or reject before applying.
Digital Signatures
Planned: digital signatures are not available yet. To sign a document today, sign it outside the platform and upload the signed file.
Blockchain Anchors
Planned: blockchain anchoring is not available in Traceable yet. This placeholder page describes no feature you can use today.

What is a Declaration of Conformity?
Access Requests
Some passport data is restricted. People with a legitimate interest can ask to see it, and the Access requests page, under Compliance in the left-hand sidebar, is where you decide those requests. The page lists up to 500 requests for your products, newest first, whatever their status.
