Company profile
Open Settings → Company profile in the left sidebar. The page shows Company Details, Legal entities, Regulatory Identifiers, Company Information, Passport details, Authorized Representative and GS1 Prefixes.
API keys
API keys let external systems work with your Traceable account programmatically. They authenticate the Integration API, which lets ERP, PLM, and other software author Digital Product Passports without using the portal.
Team Management
The Team Management page lets you invite colleagues, assign roles, and manage access to your Traceable Operator Portal. Navigate to Settings → Team to manage your team. The page needs the Team Management module. Only Admins can invite, change roles or remove members. Other roles see the list, with "Admins only" in the Actions column.
Billing
Billing is not live yet. There are no invoices and no payment method to manage in the Operator Portal today.
Privacy & data
The Privacy & data page puts you in control of how Traceable processes your data. It covers where your data is processed, AI data processing consent, data export, account deletion, and links to the Privacy Policy and Subprocessors. Navigate to Settings → Privacy & data to manage these settings. The page does not need a module, because a person's data rights do not depend on the plan.
Localization
Localization stores your company's language, date format, measurement units and timezone preferences. The page says: "Configure how dates, numbers, and text appear across your DPP pages." These preferences are saved for your company.
Module Access
Module access controls which platform features are enabled for your Traceable account. Not all features are available on every subscription plan. Certain capabilities are gated behind specific modules that must be activated for your account before they appear in the portal.
Notifications
Traceable keeps you informed of events that need attention or action. You see them in the portal, and you choose which categories also reach you by email.
Branding
Manage the brands behind your passports and PDFs: add a brand, set the default, and edit each brand's logo, accent colour, tagline, header and footer.
GS1 Prefixes
A GS1 company prefix is the licensed number range that GS1 assigns to your organisation. Every GTIN (barcode number) you create begins with one of your GS1 prefixes. Declaring your prefixes in Traceable, and having Traceable verify them against your GS1 licence, lets the platform confirm that the GTINs on your battery passports genuinely belong to you. This is a Traceable publish rule, not a requirement of EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542: the Regulation requires no GTIN or GS1 prefix, and its Article 77(3) requires the QR code and the unique identifier to comply with the ISO/IEC 15459 standards or their equivalent.
Webhooks
Webhooks let your own systems react automatically when a Digital Product Passport changes state. Instead of polling Traceable, you register an endpoint URL and Traceable sends it a signed HTTPS notification whenever a subscribed event occurs, for example when a passport is published or withdrawn.
