Manage Suppliers
The Suppliers section allows you to build and maintain a directory of your upstream supply chain partners — the companies who provide components, materials, and subassemblies that go into your battery products. Once a supplier is in your directory, you can send them structured data requests for DPP field information and track their responsiveness over time.
Send Data Requests
Data requests are structured information requests sent to suppliers through the Traceable platform. Instead of managing requests over email or spreadsheet, data requests specify exactly which DPP fields you need data for, tie the request to a specific product, and track the supplier's response through to acceptance.
Request Templates
Request templates let you author reusable, versioned questionnaires once and reuse them across many supplier data requests. Instead of hand-picking the same set of DPP fields every time you send a request to a supplier, you define the field set once as a template, publish it, and then select it when creating a data request. This keeps the data you ask suppliers for consistent, saves time on repetitive requests, and gives you a clean version history of what you asked and when.
