Localization
Localization stores your company's language, date format, measurement units and timezone preferences. The page says: "Configure how dates, numbers, and text appear across your DPP pages." These preferences are saved for your company.
Navigate to Settings → Localization to set them. The page needs the Localization Settings module. Only a team Admin can save these settings ("Only team admins can change localization settings.").

Language & Region
The page is one card, Language & Region, with four fields. Click Save Localization to save them. A toast says "Localization saved" and "Your locale preferences have been updated."
Primary Language
The hint reads: "Default language for your DPP labels and descriptions."
The options are English, Deutsch, Francais, Espanol and Italiano.
Date Format
The hint reads: "How dates are displayed across your passport pages."

Measurement Units
The hint reads: "Weight, dimension, and volume unit preferences."

No option is preselected.
Timezone
A text field for an IANA timezone identifier, for example Europe/Berlin. It takes up to 100 characters. The hint reads: "IANA timezone identifier for timestamps on DPP pages."
DPP Content Language
DPP data (product names, descriptions, chemistry declarations, and compliance statements) is stored in the language you enter it.
If your products are distributed across multiple linguistic markets, enter critical DPP fields (particularly product name and compliance notes) in your primary market's language.
For regulatory purposes, EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542 does not prescribe a specific language for DPP data fields, but national market surveillance authorities may request documentation in their national language. Ensure your compliance documentation strategy accounts for this requirement.
